Arthur J. Shivers, Jr., age 84, of Mentor since 1961, passed away August 21, 2014 of natural causes. He was born February 1, 1930 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Shivers attended Temple University and University of Pennsylvania and was a sales engineer for Varian Associates.He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War in 1950.
